Vision Statement, Town of York
We envision the Town of York as a resilient rural, farming community maintaining its agricultural heritage while adapting to the changing needs of its residents. We take pride in the beauty of our Town, and strive to protect its valuable assets of productive farmland, quality ground water, managed woodlands, prairies, wildlife, streams and the scenery of the Driftless area. New construction is sited to preserve these assets. The pace of growth is matched to our ability to provide services to our residents.
