April 15, 2014

The meeting was called to order at 8:25 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. There were no electorate present.  The clerk read the minutes from the April, 2013 Annual Meeting. Dan Truttmann move to approve the minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.

Budget and Financials

  1. Ann Carlson distributed the financial statements to the Board. There was no discussion as we had gone over the finances in previous meetings.

Discussions of interest

  1. None

2015 Annual Meeting

  1. Steve Hermanson move to schedule the 2015 Annual Meeting for April 21, 2015, Dan Truttmann 2nd. Motion carried.

Adjourn

  1. Steve Hermanson move to adjourn the meeting, Dan Truttmann 2nd. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
