Installation of Officers
Dan Truttmann installed the Town of York Board of Supervisors officers for the 2015 – 2016 term. Officers include Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Tim Czerwonka, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. Dan Truttmann was recognized for his ten years of service to the Town of York as 1st Supervisor. Good luck to you in your future endeavors, Dan.
Annual Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st supervisor Tim Czerwonka, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson and Clerk Nancy Anderson along with citizens Dan Truttmann and Carrie Czerwonka. The clerk read the minutes from the 2014 annual meeting. Dan Truttmann move to approve the minutes as read, Tim Czerwonka 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report– Ann Carlson distributed copies of the 2014 financial reports. Several questions and comments were answered.
Discussion on Various Matters
- Dan Reeson is receiving regular updates on the progress of the Poplar Grove Road Bridge project. The work is moving right along and the projected finish date is May 20th.
- The recent road inspection means that road repairs will be starting up again for 2015. Paver patch and seal coat work is expected. Specific work to be done will be defined at the May meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
- Carrie Czerwonka wanted to know if the Board will be putting out another newsletter this year. The answer is yes and the goal is to have it ready in October. Thank you to Carrie for being willing to publish this annual newsletter for the town.
Schedule 2016 Annual Meeting– Steve Hermanson move to schedule the 2016 annual meeting for Tuesday April 19, 2016 at 8:00 P.M., Dan Reeson 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
Adjournment– Steve Hermanson move to adjourn the meeting, Tim Czerwonka 2nd the motion. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
