Budget Hearing

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Clerk Nancy Anderson, and citizen Tim Czerwonka. Treasurer Ann Carlson was not present. Verification of proper notice was given.
Budget Presentation– Everyone reviewed the budget, with Nancy noting that $2000 had been added to the election budget due to a leasing contract for new voting equipment for the entire County of Green. After review and some discussion, Dan Reeson move to adjourn the budget hearing, Dan Truttmann 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
Special Meeting
Adopt 2014 Town Levy payable in 2015– Tim Czerwonka move adopt the 2014 Town Levy of $227,493 payable in 2015, Dan Truttmann 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
Approve 2015 Highway Expenditures– Dan Reeson move to approve total highway expenditures of $189,000 for 2015, Steve Hermanson 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
Adjournment– Tim Czerwonka move to adjourn the special meeting, Dan Truttmann 2nd the motion. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:28 P.M.
