TOWN OF YORK
Resolution for Ward Creation and Designation of Polling Place #21-2
WHEREAS, the York Town Board, County of Green, Wisconsin, is responsible for ward creation in the Town of York.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the York Town Board, Green County, Wisconsin, that the Town of York will be divided into two wards as indicated on the attached map, also described as follows:
Ward 1: All of the territory within the boundaries of the Town of York lying north of the center line of County Highway H, and north of the center line of County Highway J as it traverses the north half of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Four (4) North, Range Six (6) East, Green County, Wisconsin.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the York Town Board, Green County, Wisconsin, that the York Town Hall, N8105 Postville Road, Blanchardville, Wisconsin, be designated as the polling place for all voters in Ward 1 and Ward 2 in the Town of York.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the York Town Board, Green County, Wisconsin, that Ward 1 and Ward 2 be combined for voting purposes.
