Effective February 16, 2022, the use of ballot drop boxes was rescinded. A sign has been posted on the Town Hall door to NOT use the mail slot.
DO NOT USE THE MAIL SLOT IN THE TOWN HALL DOOR FOR RETURNING YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT!
Your ballot must be mailed (remember it now can take 7-10 days for mail receipt) or dropped off in person by the voter on election day at the Town Hall before the polls close at 8:00 p.m. A family member or neighbor CANNOT return your ballot in your place.
If ballots are found in the Town Hall door mail slot they will NOT be counted!
