Special Board Meeting
Tuesday, April 20, 2010
7:45 P.M.
The special meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. Verification of proper notice was given.
Agenda-
Land Division for the Jason, Lance, and Shane Moen farm
After some discussion and viewing the Green County Certified Survey map, Dan Reeson move to approve the Land Division for the Jason, Lance, and Shane Moen farm giving Jason 2 density units, and Lance 1 density unit, the units being Jason Lot #2 – 38.65 acres (2 density units) and Lance Lot #1 – 23.8 acres (1 density unit), Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.
Adjournment- Dan Reeson move to adjourn the meeting, Dan Truttmann 2nd. Meeting adjourned at 8:03 P.M.
