Regular Monthly Plan Commission Meeting
December 1st, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. Roll Call was taken and those present were, Curt Moen, Don Anderson, Kelly Hermanson, Brian Bubenzer and Dan Truttmann. A motion to approve the Secretary’s report as read was made by Don and 2nd by Kelly. Motion Carried.
The county doesn’t have a transfer tax fee. The buyer should pay the $500.00 fee and if they don’t pay, then it reverts back to the seller. Is there a way we can flag a parcel to make it easier to keep track of?
Ed and Connie Fox property. They were wondering what they could do with their parcels. The parcel with the house has used up the density unit for that parcel and the parcel that has been surveyed doesn’t have enough acres for a density unit.
The Rural Land Conservation Committee will meet on Dec.10, 2009 at 7:00 P.M.
We made a change to 4e on the Driveway Permit Ordinance. We changed the fee from $300.00 to $500.00. Motion to recommend this change to the town board was made by Kelly 2nd by Don. Motion Carried.
Our next meeting will be Jan 5, 2010. Motion to adjourn by Don, 2nd by Kelly. Meeting adjourned at 9:18 P.M.
