Regular Monthly Plan Commission Meeting
December 5th, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 p.m., and roll call was taken. Those present were, Curt Moen, Sean Shilling, Don Anderson, Kelly Hermanson, and Heidi Hankley. The secretary’s report was read and a motion to approve the minutes as read was made by Sean, 2nd by Don. Motion carries.
The tiered land division was discussed. We will be presenting it to the town board at their Dec. meeting. Attached is a copy of the tiered land division that will be presented to the town board.
Motion to adjourn by Sean, 2nd by Heidi. Meeting adjourned at 9:08p.m. Our next meeting will be Wednesday January 2,2008.
