Regular Monthly Board Meeting
Tuesday, June 11, 2013
8:00 P.M.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. 2nd

Supervisor Steve Hermanson was not present. Verification of proper notice was given. After a minor change, Dan Truttmann move to approve the May, 2013 minutes, Dan Reeson 2nd. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report– Ann Carlson presented the current financial statements.

Bills– Wayne purchased new tractor tires from Pomp’s Tire Service in the amount of $3858.80. Nancy also presented a listing of bills to be paid. Dan Truttmann move to approve paying the bills, Dan Reeson 2nd. Motion carried.

Patrolman’s Report– Wayne is currently mowing and then will spray weeds. Scott Jelle needs to be contacted as some of our new landscaping shrubbery has died. Dan Truttmann will contact Scott.

Driveway Permits

  1. None.

Plan Commission– No representative was present to report.

Public Comments– Ann will check on banking in New Glarus as it would be more convenient for her.

Old Business

  1. Recycling Citations. Dan Truttmann had nothing to report as of yet.
