Curt Moen, Chairman of the York Township Plan Commission, called the August 4, 2020 Zoom meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Moen verified posting on the Township website and at the York Town Hall.

Roll call was taken with Moen, Terri Nipple, Linda Yates, Marselino Miranda, and Bethany Storm all present.

Nipple moved to approve the minutes from the July meeting with mentioned changes, seconded by Miranda. The minutes were approved.

Storm moved to accept the land transfer of CSM 3668 from the Miners to the McLimans. Seconded by Miranda. The motion was approved.

Joel Zimmerman approached the Plan Commission to get a variance to divide his property which was purchased in February 2016. The Town of York Ordinance 16-03 does not allow the division of property within the first five years of ownership. Miranda moved to recommend sending the Joel Zimmerman Land Transfer variance to the Town Board to decide, seconded by Storm.The motion carried with a roll call vote of 4-1.

Storm offered up the seat of Secretary to any other member of the board who had interest. There was no interest at this time. Storm will remain in her roll as Secretary of the Plan Commission.

There was no public comment.

Miranda motioned for adjournment. Seconded by Storm. Moen adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.

The next meeting of the York Township Plan Commission will be held on September 1, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
