March 3, 2020
Curt Moen, Chairman of the York Township Plan Commission, called the March 3, 2020 meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Moen verified posting on the Township website and at the York Town Hall.
Roll call was taken with Moen, Marselino Miranda, Linda Yates, Terri Nipple and Bethany Storm all present.
Minutes of the February meeting were read. Miranda moved to approve the minutes as read, seconded by Yates. The minutes were approved.
Ron Strommen brought forth an update to a land transfer to Mosgaller. An additional 1-2 acres is being transferred to an already approved motion. Storm moved to approve the changes, seconded by Nipple. Motion was approved.
Discussed writing specifications for bridges to be added to the Driveway Permit Ordinance #12-3. At the March Town of York Board meeting Storm made a motion to add the following language to the Ordinance under Section 6-A: For a driveway or segment of a driveway where the construction requires a bridge or culvert. Seconded by Nipple. Motion Passed
Storm mentioned that she received a confirmation letter and paperwork for the dwelling unit transfer from Ron Strommen to Tim Seffrood.
Connie and Edward Fox came to discuss the potential sale of their three lots.
Miranda motioned for adjournment. Seconded by Yates. Moen adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
The next meeting of the York Township Plan Commission will be held on April 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
