Plan Commission Meeting Minutes
August 6, 2019
Curt Moen, Chairman of the York Township Plan Commission, called the August 6, 2019 meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Moen verified posting on the Township website and at the York Town Hall. Roll call was taken with Moen, Marselino Miranda, Linda Yates, Bethany Storm, and Terri Nipple all present. Also attending the meeting were Daniel and Diane Ziehli, Mark Meunch and Mark Hanson.
Minutes of the July 2, 2019 meeting were read. Miranda moved to approve the minutes as read, seconded by Yates. The minutes were approved.
New Business
Daniel and Diane Zeihli are requesting approval of a land transfer of their lot to Cameron and Alicia Gasaway. Legal description of the lot is as follows: Section 25, CSM 5075. Parcel Numbers 23032- 05360100 and 23032-05370000. A copy of CSM was provided.
Miranda motioned for approval of the land transfer for Daniel and Diane Zeihli, seconded by Nipple. The motion passed and will be forwarded to the Town Board.
Mark Muench is requesting approval of a land division. Legal description of the lot is as follows: Section 4, Parcel Number 23032- 0075.0200. A copy of CSM will be provided to Town Board at the August 13 meeting. The two available dwelling units will be split between the two new lots and a new tax parcel number needs to be assigned.
Nipple motioned for approval of the land division for Mark Muench, seconded by Storm. The motion passed and will be forwarded to the Town Board.
Moen reported a regular month of inquiries from residents last month.
Old Business
Discussed the need to get the old Land Transfer/Division form off the website.
Discussed creating a link on the website to the Green County GIS Parcel Database to help streamline the search of available Dwelling Units. Storm will attend August Board Meeting to discuss options with the Board.
Miranda motioned for adjournment. Seconded by Yates. Moen adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
The next meeting of the York Township Plan Commission will be held on September 3, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
