Public Comments
Permit Fees on new subdivision. Is there a fee? Should there be? Taking into consideration the wear/tear on roads and cost to roads during building of subdivisions may be worthwhile. Builder impact fees may be worth consideration.
Plans to have dark skies ordinance discussion at next plan commission meeting.
Review Minutes of December 2023 Plan Commission Meeting. Prusia made a motion to approve. Storm seconded. All in favor.
Review Certified Survey Map (CSM) for Steve Ruegsegger. Storm made a motion to forward this CSM onto the town board. Truttmann seconded. All in favor.
Determine next steps to develop a revision of the land division ordinance. The commission is waiting on feedback from lawyer.
Adjournment: Truttmann moved to adjourn the meeting. Prusia seconded. All approved. Meeting adjourned at 7:43pm
