Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
Roll Call: Dan Truttmann, John Knicker, April Prusia, Jessica Peterson and Charlie Umhoeffer.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on website and on Town Hall memo board.
Public Comments: None.
Review of September 17, 2025 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes. April Prusia moved to approve the minutes; seconded by Dan Truttmann. Motion carried.
Business Items:
- Dan Truttman provided an update on Town Board discussion regarding the Land Division Ordinance.
- Dan Truttman reported the Town Board tabled discussion regarding the revised Driveway Ordinance.
- John Knicker presented a draft Outdoor Lighting Limitation Ordinance. Commission members will review and send comments to John prior to the December meeting.
- Plan Commission plans to research noise ordinance verbiage.
- The next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for December 10, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
Adjournment: Dan Truttmann moved to adjourn at 8:19 pm; seconded by April Prusia. Motion carried.
