Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
Roll Call: Dan Truttmann, John Knicker, Jessica Peterson, April Prusia and Charlie Umhoefer.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on website and on Town Hall memo board.
Public Comment: None.
Review of August 5, 2026, Plan Commission Meeting Minutes.
Motion: Dan Truttmann moved to approve the minutes; seconded by April Prusia. Motion carried.
Business Items
- Gary and Linda Thompson presented CSM and preliminary survey to separate 2 acres from parcel 2303207320000 to gift to Tyler Wulfekuhle per #2026-04 paragraph 11 A(2).
Motion: Dan Truttmann moved to recommend approval to the Town of York board. Second by April Prusia. Vote carried.
- PC reviewed ordinance 2026-04 Town of York Subdivision and Planning Ordinance application and fee schedule for recommendation to the Board.

- The next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
