Plan Commission
September 4, 2018
The September 4, 2018 meeting of the York Township Plan Commission was called to order by Chairman Curt Moen at 8:02 P.M. Moen verified legal posting on the Township website and at the York Town Hall. Roll call was taken with Moen, Marselino Miranda, Bethany Storm, and Terri Nipple in attendance. No other interested parties attended the meeting.
Minutes of the August 7, 2018 meeting were read. Miranda made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Storm. Motion passed.
New Business
Emil and Sharon Marunde-Emil and Sharon Marunde did not appear at the meeting.
Hasse Surveying-Regarding the Hasse issue, Moen reported that Hasse’s concern is that combining lots without a new CSM will be in violation of building code setbacks. Hasse did not attend the meeting.
Possible Revision of Land Division/Transfer Ordinance-There was a discussion about making some revisions to the Preliminary Parcel Division/Transfer Inquiry Form that is attached to Ordinance #16-03. We will put it on the October agenda.
Old Business
Update from Chairman Moen-Moen reported that Green County Title called regarding a resident’s concern that no dwelling units were transferring with a closing. The resident had brought the Preliminary Parcel Division/Transfer Inquiry Form to the Plan Commission in August. The form stated no dwelling units were being transferred. No action was taken.
Larramendi Conditional Use Permit-The Town Board forwarded it to Green County Zoning with the reservations sent by the Plan Commission.
Residential Bridge Specifications-Moen reported that the residents had dropped plans for the bridge. The driveway permit money has been returned.
The next meeting of the York Township Plan Commission will be held on October 2. Looking ahead, the November meeting will need to be held on Wednesday, November 7 due to the Mid-Term Election to be held on November 6.
Miranda motioned for adjournment of the meeting, seconded by Storm. The meeting was adjourned by Chairman Moen at 8:42 P.M.
