The meeting was called to order and roll call was taken, those present were, Curt Moen, Heidi Hankley and Kelly Hermanson. A motion to approve the minutes with correction was made by Heidi and 2nd by Curt.
RLCC report: Procedure for Approval of Land Divisions has been sent out, please look through it and send comments to Brian Bubenzer.
Curt has tried to talk to Patrick Daniels from Jefferson Township about how they track their land parcels, he’ll keep trying.
We discussed whose terms are up this year. Curt and Sean are up this year, Heidi and Kelly are up in 2012,and Donny is up in 2013.
Our next meeting will be May 3, 2011.
A motion to adjourn was made by Heidi and 2nd by Curt. Meeting adjourned.
