New Business
Ron Strommen is requesting approval of a land division of 57.8 acres, 23.5 acres, and 10 acres. No Dwelling Units will be transferred with the sale of 57.8 acre and 23.5 acre. One Dwelling Unit will be transferred with the 10 acre parcel. Legal description of the lot is as follows: Section 22, Parcel Numbers 23032- 04500000 and 23032- 04540100.
Miranda motioned for approval of the land division, seconded by Storm. The motion passed and will be forwarded to the Town Board.
Moen reported a regular month of inquiries from residents last month. Inquiry was made about building a shed/house. Town of York has no restrictions about building a shed/house. Green County changed zoning code allowing up to 8 houses on a shared access road, instead of 5. Washington Township is curious to know more about our Dwelling Unit Database. They are interested in meeting with us about how we are doing things here.
Storm updated the group about the Dwelling Unit Database.
Storm made a motion that Dwelling Units that are associated with road parcels should be expunged from the database, seconded by Miranda. Nipple made a motion to table the motion until the next meeting, seconded by Miranda. Motion passed.
Old Business
No old business discussed.
Miranda motioned for adjournment. Seconded by Nipple. Moen adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
The next meeting of the York Township Plan Commission will be held on December 3, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
