of Curt Moen, President. Terri Nipple had posted the meeting agenda in the three designated areas more than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Roll call was taken. Those present were Brian Bubenzer, Todd Larson, and Terri Nipple.

Terri Nipple read the minutes of the last meeting which was held on July 3, 2012. No meeting was held in August. Todd Larson made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Brian Bubenzer and Terri Nipple voted to accept the minutes as read. The minutes were approved.

A severe storm warning was issued for the area by the National Weather Service. Due to low attendance and the storm warning, no old business or new business was discussed. Todd Larson moved to adjourn the meeting. Terri Nipple seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:23 P.M. by Brian Bubenzer.
