RESOLUTION #2021-01 – Notice of Fees
This Resolution revokes the resolution adopted May 9, 2006 – “Resolution on notice of fees.”
STATE OF WISCONSIN
Town of York
Green County
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of York, Green County, Wisconsin, by this resolution, adopted on proper notice with a quorum and by roll call vote by a majority of the Town Board present and voting resolves and orders as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, the following fees for satisfying record requests under s. 19.35, Wis. Stats., are established:
a. Photocopies at $.25 per page.
b. Actual cost of photography and photographic processing.
c. Actual cost of locating a record – per diem ($40) plus $25 per hour after first hour.
d. Cost of shipping and mailing of any copy or photograph.
