Town of York Voter,
To ensure that your absentee ballot is received by the deadline to be counted of 4:00 p.m. April 13, we ask you to please consider the following:
- If you are considering mailing your ballot back, please do so as soon as possible. The U.S. Postal Service is advising that in some locations mail delivery can take between 2-7 days.
- If you are concerned about time, you can take your ballot to the Blanchardville Post Office to mail. Post office staff are keeping the ballots in the local mail stream for rapid delivery.
- You can also hand deliver your completed absentee ballot in the completed certificate envelope on election day, April 7, at the York town hall (N8105 Postville Rd) by 8 p.m.
Thank you again for your participation in the April 7 election. If you have any questions, please contact Heidi Hankley, Town Clerk, 523-4095.
