Town of York
Special Board Road Inspection Meeting
Monday, April 25, 2022
Please Note: These Town Board meeting minutes are posted as draft-only to inform town residents of the topics addressed at the board meeting. These minutes are subject to review and possible revision at next month’s Town Board meeting and should not be considered official until they receive final board approval at that time.
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am. The meeting was held in person. In attendance: Chairman Dan Truttmann, 1st Supervisor April Prusia, 2nd Supervisor Travis Leonard, Patrolman Wayne Bue, and Eric Wild and another representative from the Green County Highway Department.
The Town of York board met for the purpose of inspecting the condition of the Town roads and lanes in order to determine where repairs and maintenance needs to occur. A stop was also made at Paul Venden’s driveway to determine if a culvert would be necessary before concrete is poured to a new garage. It was decided that if the concrete was sloped toward the garage for the 1st 6 feet from Stewart Rd that the culvert would not be necessary.
Meeting adjourned at 11:30 am
Respectfully submitted, Dan Truttmann, Chairman
