NOTICE OF ADOPTION
#2026-04 TOWN OF YORK SUBDIVISION AND PLATTING ORDINANCE
The Town of York Town Board voted to adopt #2026-04 Town of York Subdivision and Platting Ordinance at the April 21, 2026, monthly Town Board meeting. This ordinance supersedes and replaces #16-03 Land Division-Development and Transfer Ordinance. The ordinance takes effect on July 1, 2026, upon passage and publication as provided by law.
