Town of York Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes
October 7, 2026 7:00 PM (CST)
Town of York In-Person
Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Dan Truttmann, John Knicker, Jessica Peterson, April Prusia and Charlie Umhoefer.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on the website and on the Town Hall memo board.
Public Comment: None.
Review of September 2, 2026, Plan Commission Meeting Minutes.
Motion: Dan Truttmann moved to approve the minutes; seconded by John Knicker. Motion carried.
Business Items
- PC tabled discussion of the ordinance #2026-04 Town of York Subdivision and Planning Ordinance application and fee schedule pending feedback from Town Board meeting.
- Gary and Linda Thompson submitted final CSM to gift 2.4 acres from parcel 2303207320000 to Tyler Wulfekuhle per #2026-04 paragraph 11 (G).
Motion: John Knicker moved to recommend approval to the Town of York board. Second by April Prusia. Vote carried.
- Representatives of Mary Zimmerman presented potential land division pursuant to ordinance #2026-04, paragraph 11 A(1). Next steps to present CSM.
- Discuss Vierbicher database and plan review proposal.
Motion: Dan Truttmann moved to recommend approval to the Town of York board. Second by April Prusia. Vote carried.
- Discuss plans/agenda items for next meeting
- The next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
