March 4, 2025, 7:00 pm (CST)

Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Roll Call: Dan Truttmann, John Knicker, April Prusia, and Jessica Peterson.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on website and on Town Hall memo board.
Public Comments:
- Discussion of land transaction sales and required notification.
- Discussion of PC document storage.
- Discussion regarding steps for zoning changes.
Review of February 4, 2025, Plan Commission Meeting Minutes. Dan Truttmann moved to approve the minutes; seconded by John Knicker. Motion carried.
Business Items:
- Discussion regarding results of February Town of York Board meeting related to Land Division Ordinance revisions forwarded to the Board’s attorney for revisions.
- Discussion of February Town of York Board meeting relative to prioritized PC efforts:
- Finish Land Division Ordinance and develop the fee schedule-Pending attorney review.
- Review Driveway Ordinance and revise as needed – Review prior to April meeting and add to agenda for discussion.
- Review Recycling Ordinance and revise as needed-Board action.
- Document organization and storage for proper retention-PC Secretary to meet with prior board member to update land database and review/catalog existing files at town hall.
- Dan Truttmann moved to change April PC meeting date to Wednesday April 2, 2025 due to election conflict; seconded by John Knicker. Motion carried.
Adjournment: John Knicker moved to adjourn at 8:06 pm; seconded by Dan Truttmann. Motion carried.
