Minutes of Special Board Meeting
Tuesday, September 19, 2023
Please Note: These Town Board meeting minutes are posted as draft-only to inform town residents of the topics addressed at the board meeting. These minutes are subject to review and possible revision at next month’s Town Board meeting and should not be considered official until they receive final board approval at that time.
The meeting was called to order by Dan Truttmann at 7:00 pm. The meeting was held in person and as a video conference on Zoom. Chairman Dan Truttmann, 1st Supervisor Travis Leonard, 2nd Supervisor Aaron Gifford, were present, as were members of the Plan Commission, Arlo Paust, Bethany Emond-Storm, April Prussia, and John Knicker. Clerk-Treasurer Marilyn Zipsie was present via Zoom. Town Attorney Larry Konopaki was present. Verification of proper notice was given.
Public Comment – There were no public comments.
Business Items-
Detailed discussion regarding options for Land Division Ordinance was held.
Plan Commission and Board will discuss further at future meetings.
Adjournment- Travis Leonard moved to adjourn; second by Aaron Gifford. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:05 pm.
