NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF TOWN OF YORK ORDINANCE #2026-03 AND RESOLUTION #2026-03
The Town of York Town Board voted to adopt the following ordinance and resolution at the March 10, 2026 regular Town Board meeting. The ordinance takes effect upon passage and publication as provided by law.
#2026-03 RECYCLING ORDINANCE was adopted by the Town of York Town Board on the 10th day of March 2026. This ordinance REPEALS AND REPLACES #15-01 and includes required revisions per Dept. of Natural Resources.
