NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MORATORIUM ON LIVESTOCK FACILITIES ORDINANCE

Town of York residents and property owners have expressed concerns about preserving quality of life, environment, water quality, and existing small-scale livestock operations with respect to potential impacts of large livestock facilities in the Town. Therefore, a public hearing on a proposed Moratorium on Livestock Facilities Ordinance will be held on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2016 at 8:00 P.M. at the York Town Hall in Postville.
