The Board of Review was called to order at 8:03 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Assessor Jamie Sutfin and Clerk Nancy Anderson.

Jamie explained that final dates for the Town Open Book and Board of Review will be in November. Dan Truttmann move to hold the Open Book at the York Town Hall on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 from 10 A.M. until Noon, and again from 1:00 – 7:00 P.M., and the Board of Review on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. to adjournment, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Regular Monthly Board Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. Present were chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttman, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. Verification of proper notice was given. Dan Truttmann move to approve the September 2013 minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report– Ann Carlson presented the September financial statements.

Bills– Bills for filters and other items were presented. Nancy also presented a list of bills. Dan Reeson move to approve the bills, Dan Truttmann 2nd. Motion carried.

Patrolman’s Report– Wayne Bue presented estimates for rear tires for the International truck and front tires for the Freightliner truck. Dan Truttmann move to purchase vehicle tires for $426 each for drive tires for the IH truck and $585 each for front tires for the Freightliner truck from Pomp’s Tire Service, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.

Plan Commission- No representative from the PC was present.

Old Business

  1. Banking Information- The bank switch will probably happen in November.

New Business

  1. Amber Ridge Lot Discussion-A Realtor was questioning the validity of 18 lots in the Amber Ridge Subdivision. The County has an ordinance to allow no more than 6 lots on a private road, which that is. Therefore, 12 of the lots are not legal.
  2. Preliminary Budget Planning- The Town will complete the budget at the November Town Board meeting. Schedule November Budget Hearing- Steve Hermanson move to hold the Budget Hearing on November 19, 2013 at 8:00 P.M., Dan Truttmann 2nd. Motion carried.

Adjournment– Dan Truttmann move to adjourn the meeting, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
