Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
Roll Call: Dan Truttmann, John Knicker, Jessica Peterson, and April Prusia. Charlie Umhoeffer was absent.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on website and on Town Hall memo board.
Public Comment: Livestock Siting Ordinance was discussed.
Review of June 8, 2026, Plan Commission Meeting Minutes.
Motion: Dan Truttmann moved to approve the minutes; seconded by John Knicker. Motion carried.
Business Items:
- Troy Krueger Driveway
PC discussed Troy Krueger’s driveway permit and/or building permit/DUA for 22.72-acre Parcel 437.02. Next step: apply for driveway variance.
- Mark Muench Property Line Change
PC discussed Mark Muench’s request to change property lines on parcels 2303201000000 and 230320101000. Next step: legal survey.
- Jacke Schaefer Parcel Division
PC discussed Jake Schaefer’s survey to split 5.04 acres off from Parcel 2303201870000.
Motion: Dan Truttmann moved to recommend approval to the Town Board to split 5.04 acres from parcel 2303201870000 per survey. Second by April Prusia. Vote unanimous.
- PC discussed next steps providing feedback on the sample land ordinance application and fee schedule prior to the August meeting.
- Discuss plans/agenda items for next meeting
- The next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
