Town of York Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes
April 1, 2026 7:00 PM (CST)
Town of York In-Person
Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.
Roll Call: Dan Truttmann, John Knicker, April Prusia, and Jessica Peterson. Charlie Umhoeffer was absent.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on website and on Town Hall memo board.
Review of March 11, 2026, Plan Commission Meeting Minutes.
Motion: April Prusia moved to approve the minutes; seconded by Jessica Peterson. Motion carried.
Business Items:
- RLPDAP LLC (Sally Nealis) CSM/Parcel Division Request
Sally Nealis presented CSM for parcel 2303205710000 to split 3.32 acre parcel off CTH H.
Motion: John Knicker moved to recommend approval of the parcel division to the Town Board. Seconded by April Prusia. Motion carried.
- Land Division Ordinance
The Plan Commission reviewed the revised Land Division Ordinance as prepared by the Town attorney Larry Konopacki.
Motion: Jessica Peterson moved to recommend approval of the draft Land Division Ordinance pending clarification of the flag lot section. Seconded by April Prusia. Motion carried. John Knicker abstained from voting.
- The next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
