Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: John Knicker, Charlie Umhoefer, April Prusia and Jessica Peterson. Dan Truttmann was absent.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on website and on Town Hall memo board.
Public Comments: Extension Green County will be holding Community Conversation Meetings on Large-Scale Solar Development on June 24th and June 26ths 5pm-8pm.
Review of April 2, 2025, Plan Commission Meeting Minutes. Charlies Umhoefer moved to approve the minutes; seconded by April Prusia. Motion carried.
Business Items:
- Greg Peterson attended to discuss plans to sell Parcel 2303201533000 #153.3 with one dwelling unit (38.2 acres) and build on parcel 2303201501000 #150.1 (10.5 acres). It was discussed that a Green County building permit would be required to approve well/septic with access Buckeye Rd the DNR would have to consult on culvert.
- The attorney recommendations for revisions to the Land Division Ordinance were discussed and John Knicker to provide comments back to attorney.
- The topic of Dark Sky light pollution reduction was tabled for discussion at the next meeting.
- The topic of the Driveway Ordinance review was tabled for discussion at the next meeting.
- Document organization and storage for proper retention-PC Secretary to meet with prior board member to update land database and review/catalog existing files at town hall.
Adjournment: April Prusia moved to adjourn at 8:35 pm; seconded by Charlie Umhoefer. Motion carried.
