Town of York Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes
May 6, 2026 7:00 PM (CST)

Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Roll Call: Dan Truttmann, John Knicker and Jessica Peterson were present. April Prusia and Charlie Umhoeffer were absent.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on website and on Town Hall memo board.
Review of April 1, 2026, Plan Commission Meeting Minutes.
Motion: Dan Truttmann moved to approve the minutes; seconded by John Knicker. Motion carried.

- Discuss Town Board Approved Land Division Ordinance and related Plan Commission Responsibilities:
- Draft Process Outline/Application Outline
- Draft Fee Schedule
- Detail plan to update DUA Database
- Discuss plans/agenda items for next meeting
- The next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
