Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
Roll Call: Dan Truttmann, John Knicker, April Prusia, Jessica Peterson. Charlie Umhoefer was absent.
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda was posted on website and on Town Hall memo board.
Review of January 14, 2026, Plan Commission Meeting Minutes. John Knicker moved to approve the minutes; seconded by April Prusia. Motion carried.
Business Items:
- Dan Truttmann reported on Land Division Ordinance discussion from the 2/10/2026 Board Meeting. John Knicker moved to request the Town Board to schedule a joint special meeting with the Plan Commission on March 4th or March 5th at 6:30 pm to finalize the Land Ordinance. Second by April Prusia. Vote unanimous.
- Dan Truttmann provided an update on the revised Driveway Ordinance.
- Dan Truttmann provided an update regarding Outdoor Lighting Limitation Ordinance. The Plan Commission will submit the draft Outdoor Lighting Limitation Ordinance to the Board for review.
- April Prusia presented her findings regarding a potential Nuisance Ordinance, which included recommendation to discuss with the Green County Board.
- PC Commission terms were reviewed.
- Discuss plans/agenda items for next meeting
- The next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11th, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
Adjournment: Jessica Peterson moved to adjourn at 8:17 pm; seconded by April Prusia. Motion carried.
