Proposed ATV-UTV Ordinance Public Hearing

Please Note: These Town Board public hearing minutes are posted as draft-only to inform town residents of the topics addressed at the public hearing. These minutes are subject to review and possible revision at next month’s Town Board meeting and should not be considered official until they receive final board approval at that time.
The meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm. The meeting was held in person and as a video conference on Zoom. Chairman Dan Truttmann (via Zoom), 1st Supervisor April Prusia, 2nd Supervisor Travis Leonard, and Clerk-Treasurer Jessie Schlumpf were present.
Verification of proper notice- The Public Hearing notice and the agenda were posted on the website and at the Town Hall on August 5, 2022.
Guidelines for Public Input at Town Meetings- April Prusia and Travis Leonard read the Guidelines for Public Input at Town Meetings (specifically for a public hearing) into the record.
Public Comments on the Proposed ATV-UTV Ordinance- Questions were also answered by Green County Sheriff Jeff Skatrud (licensing, insurance, enforcement, etc.) and DNR Conservation Warden Nick King (accidents, enforcement, etc.).
