Town of York Plan Commission Regular Monthly Meeting Agenda
September 3, 2024, 7:00 pm (CST)
Town of York In-Person and Video Conference Meeting
Call to Order: Chair John Knicker called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm.
Roll Call: Dan Truttman, John Knicker, April Prusia, Jessica Peterson. Charlie Umhoefer arrived at 7:12 pm.
Public Attendees: None
Verification of Proper Notice: Agenda posted on website and at Town of York Town Hall.
Public Comments: None.
Review of August 6, 2024, Commission Meeting Minutes: Dan Truttmann moved to approve the minutes as amended; seconded by John Knicker. Motion carried.
New Business
Gerald Busch submitted a dwelling unit transfer form from CSM 5701 parcel 230320560000 to new parcel owned by Michael and Carol Devries Revocable Living Trust (parcel number not yet available). Jessica Peterson moved to recommend approval of the transfer of (2) two dwelling units to the Town of York Board; seconded by John Knicker. Motion carried.
Old Business
The Commission discussed the proposed revisions to the Town of York Land Division Transfer Ordinance #16-3 as drafted by Town of York attorney Larry Konopacki. Revisions and discussions will continue during monthly meetings with the goal of a final draft submitted to the Town of York Board after the November 7, 2024, Commission Meeting.
Note: Due to Election Day, the next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Adjournment: Dan Truttmann moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:39 pm; seconded by April Prusia. Motion carried.
