Minutes of Special Board Meeting
Thursday, July 30, 2026
The meeting was called to order by Dan Truttmann at 9:00a.m. The meeting was held via video conference on Zoom. Chairman Dan Truttmann, 1st Supervisor Travis Leonard, 2nd Supervisor Aaron Gifford, and Clerk-Treasurer Brenda Hackbart were present. Verification of proper notice was given.

Business Items:
- Approval of leasing tractor replacement: Board discussed trade-in value of 2016 New Holland tractor, past and ongoing costs of multiple repairs, purchase vs lease of replacement tractor, warranty on replacement tractor. Motion made by Travis Leonard to approve 36-month lease of a 2026 Massey Ferguson tractor with 2 annual lease payments of $10,337.47 starting in 2027; second by Aaron Gifford. Motion carried.
Adjournment: Dan Truttmann made motion to adjourn; second by Travis Leonard. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:09a.m.
