The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Tim Czaerwonka, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson was absent. Notice of proper notification was given. There was no electorate present.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING – Revised
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 8:00 P.M. at the York Town Hall in Postville, a Public Hearing on the proposed Town budget will be held. A Special Meeting will immediately follow for the purpose of approving the 2015 highway expenditures and to adopt the 2015 Town Levy payable in 2016.
Monthly Board Meeting Minutes – November 2015
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Tim Czerwonka, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson arrived shortly after we began. Also present were patrolman Wade Jones, Dave Green, Bethany Storm, Woods Dreyfus, Heidi Hankley and several other interested citizens. Verification of proper notice was given. Dan Reeson move to approve the October minutes, Tim Czerwonka 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
November Plan Commission meeting — date change
The Plan Commission will meet on Wednesday, November 4 instead of Tuesday, November 3 this month.
